About 4softauto
We build software for Romanian businesses that sell, rent or look after cars.
4softauto is the platform from the 4b2b ecosystem for automotive businesses. It has five separate solutions: car dealerships (stock, leads, test drives), used-car lots (cost and margin per car), car rental (day-based bookings, contracts, hand-over and return), auto parts stores (catalogue, stock by location, supplier orders) and auto detailing (packages, bay bookings, job sheets). Each solution has its own records, calendars and statuses, and the team works in the same account, in the browser, with nothing to install.
A solution for each type of business
A dealer and a detailing studio keep a record of different things. That is why each type of business has its own solution, not one generic program for everyone.
We say clearly what the application does
The application keeps internal records: records, calendars, statuses and templates. It does not publish ads, sell online, send messages to customers or do tax calculation. For online sales and online booking we point to other applications in the ecosystem.
The same data for the whole team
The status of a car, a booking or the stock of a part is the same for everyone working in the account, with no different versions of the truth.
Your data and your templates
The data you enter is your company's. Contract and hand-over report templates are yours: you decide the text together with your legal adviser, and the application fills in the fields from the records.
